I have a very odd relationship with food… well groceries, in that I must have the cupboards and fridge full at all times, to the point I am sure there is excessive waste… Well I am not sure… I KNOW I WASTE A TON! Then I beat myself up about how wasteful I am, and how if I was better than we would have less debt because I wouldn’t waste… Seriously it is not a good cycle. I NEED to work thru this, it will safe us money, it will give me less stress, and my cupboards are pretty unorganized…. This area will help me achieve a couple of my goals set for the year…
I don’t know where it came from… The overwhelming need to have the cupboards full, I fear running out of food… It has happened before… 2009 was a bad year for our family.

About a year ago, before my 1st surgery I did 2 different sets of Freezer Meal Workshops by Pampered Chef! I loved it, made my life so much easier, I didn’t have to worry so much about what was for dinner, and we had hardly any waste….
I know have become a Pampered Chef consultant… SO I am going to host 1-2 Freezer Meal workshops… I split all my meals in half, because they are designed to feed 4-6 Adults… I didn’t the first time, we had a TON of left overs, but when I split them in half, they are the perfect size for us. So instead of making 10 meals at a time, I make 20.
So really me trying to work out my unhealthy hording of groceries/food, will save us money and possibly make money.
I never have been one to do the whole selling stuff. BUT I love Pampered Chef, and it has helped me in the past.
