Fall is upon us, which means I need to get super organized! I finally have more time to get some of my own personal goals accomplished! As much as I love having my kiddos with me, I am finally excited for all this extra time I have… Well, I haven’t found it yet, but I am sure once I get on a good schedule, I will find it…right?
First things first… When I have meals planned for the week, it makes my life flow better…
Packing lunch for the kids is proving to be a pain, my Nik is super picky… Last year I packed him to many pizza lunchables… This year I will do better.
Breakfast: Bagels… (A favorite around here!)
Lunch: I packed Lunchables!
Dinner: We had Tuna Tetrazzini by Tuna Helper… My kids LOVED it… (They usually don’t eat Tuna!). We had green beans and rolls.
Breakfast: French Toast
Lunch: Black forest ham on deli rolls.
Dinner: Crock pot roast with mashed potatoes, corn and gravy… ( I am making double batch, I am taking someone dinner who recently had surgery)
Lunch: Sub Sandwiches… I had to use Ham again, as I bought Turkey Pastrami, and it wasn’t what I thought I was buying… anyone want it?
Dinner: Shepard’s Pie (I think everyone does this a little different!)
Breakfast: Breakfast burritos
Lunch: Kids have pizza day at school!
Dinner: Leftovers… We need to get better at eating food before it has to be thrown out….
Saturday: Nik has baseball games early, and I am going to a 1 day conference.
Breakfast: Cinnamon rolls and some fruit
Dinner: Maybe we can all go to dinner… I do have a GC to Chilli’s!
Breakfast: Bacon eggs, toast
Lunch: Chicken nuggets and home made fries.
Dinner: Roast, with mashed potatoes and some veggies… Also a nice salad… A lot of this can be used during the week for lunches and dinners.
I usually link up to I’m an Organizing Junkies Menu Planning Monday, but since it is Thursday, I can’t…. Next week I will be on time…
I keep saying and not doing, it is time for me to stop saying and just do….
Do you plan your Menu out for the week?
